**Essential Qualifications**
* Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding service
* Experience with EDI systems is preferred, but not required
* Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Ability to maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
* Solid organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy
* Knowledge of current materials, methods, tools, and equipment (including technology) used in business operations
* Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and functional teams to coordinate effective solutions
* Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
* Ability to work with minimum supervision, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation
* Minimum of 2-3 years inside sales/customer services experience, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
