We're now seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our dispatch team, you'll play a vital role in handling inbound phone calls, scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere. **Job Role and Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department
* Maintaining our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
* Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians
* Routing technicians based on location to ensure efficient service delivery
* Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team
* Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality
**Schedule and Work Environment**
* Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly location from 8 AM to 5 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
* Monday to Friday: Remote work from home from 8 AM to 5 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) (not on Wednesday)
**Qualifications and Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Previous call center experience (at least 1 year)
* Ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
* Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
* Ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan)
* Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace with minimal background noise
