**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming calls from customers and responding to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
* Reviewing customer history as necessary to provide personalized service
* Following policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy
* Helping customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues
* Processing refunds and resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
* Placing outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues
* Documenting information and outcomes as necessary to maintain accurate records
**About You**
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Prior customer service experience is required, with a strong focus on resolving customer complaints and issues
