As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and making a difference in the lives of our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Answering incoming calls from customers and responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Reviewing customer history as necessary to provide personalized service * Following policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy * Helping customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues * Providing or confirming customers' travel itinerary * Processing refunds and resolving customer complaints * Placing outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues * Documenting information and outcomes as necessary to ensure accurate record-keeping **Essential Functions** To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following essential functions: * Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Review customer history as necessary to provide personalized service * Follow policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy * Help customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues * Provide or confirm customers' travel itinerary * Process refunds and resolve customer complaints * Place outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues * Document information and outcomes as necessary to ensure accurate record-keeping **About You** To be a successful Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following characteristics: * Prior customer service experience is required * Strong geographical knowledge is essential * Experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is preferred * Excellent customer service skills, including strong communication and listening skills * Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment * Easy to work with and able to accept feedback well * Demonstrates empathy effectively and is able to work with customers who may be experiencing travel issues * Self-directed and able to organize, prioritize, anticipate situations, act, and see issues through to completion * Able to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment * Strong typing skills and highly proficient in using the internet and navigating seamlessly between multiple applications **Technical Requirements** To perform the duties of a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to have the following technical requirements: * A computer and equipment meeting the following specifications: + Internet: High-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or satellite) + Operating System: Windows 10 + Processor: Intel Core i5, 1.5 GHz and above + Memory: 8GB of RAM + Hard Drive: 256GB + Browser: Internet Explorer 11 and latest version of Google Chrome + Monitor: Dual monitors, each capable of displaying at least 1920 x 1080 pixels + Sound: Sound card (standard on most computers) + Virus Protection: Up-to-date anti-virus software + Headset: USB noise-canceling headset **Work Environment and Schedule** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to work from home and create your own schedule within our hours of operation, which are 8:00 AM to 1:00 AM ET, seven days per week.
