**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Cultivating relationships and retaining customers through empathetic and consultative approaches
* Resolving complex customer concerns related to one or more products or services
* Uncovering customer wants, interests, and needs to effectively save the product and offer additional products and services
* Demonstrating self-sufficiency through utilizing various support tools to research and resolve complex customer issues in a virtual setting
* Utilizing virtual communication tools to engage with managers or support teams for assistance
* Remaining proficient in explaining customer bills and managing billing, rate plan, and feature matters for one or more products or services
* Performing basic troubleshooting for one or more products or services
* Adhering to a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service
**Work Environment and Schedule**
As a Work From Home (WFH) representative, you'll be required to:
* Work from the comfort of your own home, with a dedicated workspace that meets arenaflex's WFH standards
* Maintain a minimum of 18 mb download and 12 mb upload speed internet service
* Be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts
* Follow technical support processes, comply with organizational security and compliance standards, and participate in workspace audits
**Initial Training and Nesting Hours**
* Initial training and nesting hours will be Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (approximately 3 months)
* Attendance is mandatory daily during this period
* Post-training and nesting hours will shift to later hours, which may include Saturday and/or Sunday

**Qualifications**
To be considered for this WFH position, you must:
* Reside in one of the following states: SD, IL, IN, or WI
* Have verified internet service with a minimum of 18 mb download and 12 mb upload speed
* Maintain a dedicated workspace that meets arenaflex's WFH standards
* Be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts
