**Key Responsibilities:**
* Answer customer inquiries regarding arenaflex products and services, including Downloading, Logging In, Getting Started with Basic Navigation, Importing Documents, Printing and Filing, and basic Tax questions
* Provide clear and empathetic solutions to customer problems, ensuring a positive experience
* Work collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to resolve complex issues
* Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Proficiency in using technology, including computers, software, and communication tools
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
* Knowledge of accounting or tax preparation software, including arenaflex products and services
* Experience working with diverse customer populations, including those with varying levels of technical expertise
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
