Our remote work environment is designed to promote productivity, efficiency, and work-life balance. You'll be expected to maintain a safe, secure, and ergonomically appropriate workspace, with a minimum internet speed of 3 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Handling incoming contacts for various arenaflex brands, assisting customers with their booking needs or questions through preferred channels (voice, email, and chat) * Processing reservation requests and supporting basic loyalty and customer care requests * Identifying guest reservation needs and following sales techniques to maximize revenue * Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management * Providing customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution, and open communication with arenaflex properties, related company contacts, and third parties * Following all company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information, protecting company assets, and protecting the privacy and security of guests and coworkers **Preferred Qualifications** * High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent * No related work experience required * Supervisory experience not necessary * License or certification not required **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in using technology, including computer software and hardware * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong organizational and time management skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our associates grow and succeed in their careers.
