**Customer Service Representative Role**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work from home and provide exceptional support to customers across various brands. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering phone calls and/or emails from customers
* Responding to customer questions and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
* Walking customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes
* Selling products and services to clients and processing payments (for sales customer service representatives)
* Utilizing our technology platform to access customer information and resolve issues efficiently
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels (phone, email, live chat, text, social media)
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Sell products and services to clients and process payments (for sales customer service representatives)
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

**Requirements:**
* High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
