**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Promptly answering inbound phone calls, returning phone calls, responding to emails, and live chats to provide exceptional customer service
* Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
* Utilizing your product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a timely manner
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1+ year of experience working in high-volume call centers or customer-facing roles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work independently in a home-based environment with minimal supervision
* Reliable internet connection, working computer, and headset
* Quiet space in your home to talk on the phone without distraction
* Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm EST (45 hours per week)
