**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Promptly answering inbound phone calls, returning phone calls, responding to emails, and live chats in a professional and courteous manner
* Providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and effective manner
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and empathetic manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and live chats
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 1+ year of experience working in a high-volume call center environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Reliable internet connection, working computer, and headset
* Quiet space in your home to talk on the phone without distraction
* Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST (45 hours per week)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bilingual or multilingual, with proficiency in Spanish
* Experience working in the beauty or skincare industry
* Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools
* Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetics products, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
