We're proud to offer a dynamic work environment that fosters growth, learning, and collaboration. **Key Responsibilities** As a customer service representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for: * Handling incoming calls and making outbound follow-ups as needed, updating phone status accordingly * Navigating multiple systems, including phone software, documentation tools, and online resources * Maintaining clear and accurate records of calls and actions * Responding to inquiries via phone and email about COBRA, billing eligibility for insurance plans, and general questions about policies and payments * Providing exceptional customer service, professionalism, and a courteous attitude at all times **Schedule and Pay Rate** This is a temporary position requiring a 3-month commitment, with strong potential for hire.
