**Job Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to merchants and customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
* Collaborating with the Trader Administrations Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Coaching and mentoring colleagues to enhance their performance and skills, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency, and implementing changes to drive quality and productivity.
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's business objectives, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
* Working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Communications, or Customer Service.
* At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, merchants, and colleagues.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and develop creative solutions.
* Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar tools, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
* Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.
* Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* A positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a similar role at arenaflex or a similar company.
* Knowledge of the food delivery industry and its trends.
* Certification in customer service or a related field.
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools.
