You will have the opportunity to service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions * Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients * Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise * Offer solutions to help simplify members' healthcare experience * Learn about healthcare and expand your experiences, opening doors to additional opportunities within arenaflex **Work from Home Opportunity** We offer a flexible work-from-home schedule, allowing you to balance your priorities and work in a comfortable and distraction-free environment. To qualify for this opportunity, you must meet the following criteria: * Maintain your own internet with approved speed requirements * Have a secure workspace free from distractions * Successfully complete our comprehensive training program * Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements **Training and Development** Our comprehensive training program is designed to ensure your success on the team. This includes: * Onsite training of a minimum of 6 weeks * Hands-on learning while interacting with trainers, self-paced modules, and leadership engagement from day 1 * Training location can vary by individual experience with onsite and work-from-home positions **Schedule Options** We offer flexible schedule options, designed to create a work-life balance for those balancing priorities in and outside of work.
