**Key Responsibilities**
As a WFH Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers via phone, email, and chat
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Selling arenaflex products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Utilizing various systems and tools to assist and service customers
* Maintaining working knowledge of all arenaflex products, services, and promotions
* Making recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences
* Handling credit checks, service activations, and changes, as well as receivables management and collections
* Troubleshooting and resolving customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data issues that span multiple networks and interdependent network elements
* Providing support for products and services offered by arenaflex
* Assisting customers with products and services, such as laptop connect services, including air cards, USB devices, initial setup, and configuration of arenaflex-provided software and applications
**What You'll Need**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
* Advanced typing and keyboarding skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong knowledge of arenaflex products and services
* Ability to meet or exceed sales targets
* Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours
* Occasional overtime may be required
