**Job Summary**
As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in empowering our customers to achieve better overall wellness by providing timely, accurate, and professional customer service. **Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues
