**Responsibilities**
Your key responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex will include:
* **Handling and Responding to Customer Inquiries**: Field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
* **Providing Excellent Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service through active listening, empathy, and a positive attitude.
* **Working with Confidential Customer Information**: Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively.
* **Resolving Issues on the First Call**: Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and responsive.
* **Communicating Effectively**: Appropriately communicate with customers, calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
* **Escalating Interactions**: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
* **Tracking Call-Related Information**: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
* **Providing Feedback**: Provide feedback on call issues.

**Qualifications**

* **Problem-Solving Skills**: Logical problem-solving skills.
* **Organization Skills**: Ability to navigate Windows operating systems and prioritize tasks.
**Work from Home Requirements**
To work from home as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
* **Internet Connection**: Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps, minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps, ISP must have no packet loss, and ping under 50ms.
* **Proof of Internet Speed**: Proof of internet speed required.
