You can expect competitive rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour, with additional incentives available for meeting or exceeding performance targets. **Contractual Relationship**
As an independent contractor, you will remain in a contractual relationship with arenaflex for the duration of your program assignment. You will be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings, and arenaflex will not be responsible for providing employee benefits, such as vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, or health insurance.
