**Work-Life Balance**
As a work-from-home customer service representative, you'll enjoy the flexibility to manage your schedule and work from the comfort of your own home. Our virtual training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. After completing your training, you'll work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule, with the option to start as early as 7 am CST and end as late as 7 pm CST.
**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and efficient manner
* Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
* Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and attention to detail
* Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
* Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer service
* Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
* Managing a team of junior customer service representatives (in the future)
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent customer service and critical thinking skills
* Experience in a highly transactional call center environment
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
* High speed internet access (25 mbps or higher) and consistent connection
* Work location must be set up with a direct connection to the router (NOT Wi-Fi)
* High School diploma or GED equivalent
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Education and Training**
* High School diploma or GED equivalent
* 4 weeks of virtual training between the hours of 8-5 CST
* Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
