As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to choose when and where you provide services, working from the comfort of your own home or any quiet place. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers across various industries
* Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues and concerns
* Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions

* Managing through multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously

**Application and Certification Process**

* Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
* Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
* Complete a W9 form
* Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program
