As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, handling inbound customer calls with poise, professionalism, and a personal touch. Your day will be filled with a high volume of customer inquiries, which you'll tackle with ease, using your problem-solving skills to de-escalate unique situations and provide resolutions that exceed our customers' expectations. You'll also have the opportunity to:

**System Requirements**
To ensure a seamless customer experience, our Work at Home Team Members must maintain the necessary system requirements. These include:
* A self-provided computer or laptop running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
* A headset compatible with arenaflex specifications
* A high-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted)
* A Mac/Apple product, Chromebook, Surface, or notebook is not supported
**Training Schedule**
Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, you'll begin orientation and training on Monday for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET. Your training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ.
