As a key member of our guest relations and operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests, resolving issues, and ensuring a 5-star experience. If you're a highly skilled communicator with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * **Guest Relations** + Provide comprehensive guest messaging using AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT, to ensure a seamless and personalized experience. + Screen potential guests and provide support for guests, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. + Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests via phone, email, and messaging platforms. + Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by delivering exceptional service and support. + Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms. * **Company Tasks** + Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams. + Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement. + Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor. + Work with 3rd party vendors to manage tertiary market operations. + Assist with business financials and accounting tasks, including the onboard of accounting systems. **Essential Qualifications** * **Language Skills**: Fluency in English with perfect grammar and communication skills. * **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT, and experience with Guesty and/or HostAI. * **Customer Service Skills**: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. * **Availability**: Availability to work part-time, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, including Thursday and Friday evenings (3pm-11pm CST). * **Reliability**: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on reliability and punctuality. **Preferred Qualifications** * **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field. * **Certifications**: Certifications in customer service, hospitality, or a related field. * **Skills**: Experience with VoiP, Slack, and other communication platforms. **Skills and Competencies** * **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, vendors, and team members. * **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. * **Technical**: Proficiency in using AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT, and experience with Guesty and/or HostAI. * **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
