**The Role**
As an careerzynith Customer Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact for our customers throughout their journey with us. Your responsibilities will include:
* Taking ownership of client onboarding, professional services, and consulting to ensure a unique customer experience
* Providing pre-booking advice on where and how to book a ski trip
* Offering post-booking support according to customers' needs
* Supporting customers during their trip to give a great customer experience
* Representing the voice of the customer and influencing product development roadmap
* Liaising between careerzynith customers and suppliers for requests, complaints, and updates
* Working independently while receiving support from a broader team
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Native English speaker
* 3+ years of experience in customer service
* 2+ years of experience in Travel Tech B2C
* Experience working with support and CRM systems, preferably Hubspot, Front, Zendesk, and Intercom
* Strong technical skills and self-learning ability to understand multi-platform systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ski experience is an advantage, but not required
