As a Customer Service Representative – Tethered – you will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life and experiencing no two days the same. **Your Responsibilities**
* **Customer Service**: Field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
* **Communication**: Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
* **Issue Resolution**: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
* **Escalation**: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
* **Request Assistance**: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
* **Call Tracking**: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
* **Feedback**: Provide feedback on call issues.
* **Upselling**: Upsell if required.
**What We're Looking For**
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **IT/Network Certifications/Degrees**: IT/network certifications/degrees are preferred.
* **Age**: 18 years of age or older.
* **Call Center Experience**: Proven call center experience is essential.
* **Typing Speed**: Typing 25 WPM is required.
* **PC Operation**: Proficient in PC operation and navigation.
* **Network Troubleshooting**: Entry-level network troubleshooting skills are necessary.
* **Home Wi-Fi Setup**: Ability to set up home Wi-Fi network.
* **Router/switch Configuration**: Ability to set up and configure a router or switch.
* **Computer Proficiency**: Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer.
* **Independence**: Able to work independently.
* **Communication Skills**: Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
* **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
* **Composure**: Ability to stay composed and objective.
* **Listening Skills**: Strong listening skills.
* **Virtual Team Environment**: Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment.
