As you continue to grow and challenge yourself, you'll discover your potential can take you anywhere you want to go. **Your Responsibilities** * **Customer Service Representatives** field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. * Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns. * Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues. * Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate. * Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments. * Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. * Provide feedback on call issues. * Upsell if required. **What We're Looking For** * **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. * **IT/Network Certifications/Degrees**: IT/network certifications/degrees are preferred but not required. * **Age**: You must be at least 18 years old to apply. * **Proven Call Center Experience**: A minimum of 6 months of call center experience is required. * **Typing Speed**: You must be able to type at least 25 words per minute. * **PC Operation and Navigation**: Proficiency in PC operation and navigation is required. * **Entry-Level Network Troubleshooting**: You must be able to perform basic network troubleshooting. * **Home Wi-Fi Network Setup**: Ability to set up a home Wi-Fi network is required. * **Router/switch Configuration**: Ability to set up and configure a router or switch is required. * **Laptop/Desktop Proficiency**: Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer is required. * **Independent Work**: You must be able to work independently. * **Excellent Communication Skills**: Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. * **Fast-Paced Environment**: Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment is required. * **Composure and Objectivity**: You must be able to stay composed and objective. * **Strong Listening Skills**: Strong listening skills are required. * **Virtual Team Environment**: Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment is required. **Being One of Our People** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating an environment that promotes happiness from the inside out.
