We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our team of Work-From-Home Customer Service Representatives! As a temporary representative, you will be the friendly voice welcoming customers to arenaflex, placing orders, and answering questions – all from the comfort of your home office. We take calls from 8AM-8PM every day and expect to extend this to 10PM during our peak calling season from Thanksgiving until Christmas.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide excellent customer service to arenaflex customers via phone calls
* Place orders and answer customer questions in a timely and professional manner
* Work collaboratively with the arenaflex team to resolve customer issues and concerns
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

* Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing situations
