Our mission is to build a place where ingenuity, diverse perspectives, and talent can flourish, and we foster a culture of advancement, contribution, and inspiration from all of our identities within arenaflex and our student community. **Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional service to our clients via phone, email, SMS, and chat while effectively managing a high volume of inbound communications. * Building and developing valuable relationships with clients by identifying their needs and resolving issues with empathy, tact, and patience. * Communicating course recommendations and cross-sell opportunities in a variety of situations, including promotional offers and marketing campaigns. * Assisting with administrative tasks for clients and other departments as needed. **Requirements:** To succeed in this role, you will need: * A positive and outgoing personality. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to actively listen. * A strong set of professional, service-oriented phone skills and interpersonal skills. * Preferred Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. + 1-2 years of customer service, help desk, or inside sales experience. + Knowledgeable with MS Office and Google Apps (Gmail, Google Drive, etc.). + Experience with any (or all) of the following is a plus: Olark Chat, Zoho Email, Genesys phone systems. + Experience using AI tools to enhance client communication and access training knowledge across phone, email, and chat/sms support channels is a plus. **Why Join arenaflex?** * arenaflex has been voted a Top Workplace by the Bay Area News Group 14 times! * We are a purpose-driven company that is revolutionizing K-12 STEM education for the next generation of leaders. * Work from home, supported by a strong remote work infrastructure. **Benefits:** * Competitive hourly rate: $16-20 per hour, depending on experience and geographical location. * Eligibility for 401(k) and other benefits as required by state or local law. * 8 hour shift, day shift. * Remote work location. **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about education and innovation, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
