As a remote opportunity, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while being part of a team that's transforming healthcare and improving patient outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Associate Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Assisting patients and prescribers through inbound/outbound phone calls or web support, providing solutions to their inquiries and concerns * Handling various inquiries, including scheduling medication orders, order status updates, explaining patient benefits, resolving account issues, and billing inquiries * Serving as a liaison between patients and internal expert teams, ensuring seamless communication and support * Participating in extensive paid training to ensure proficiency in arenaflex systems and procedures * Maintaining high call volume productivity, handling an average of 30-50 calls daily * Adhering to scheduled work hours and meeting performance metrics **Role Summary** Our Customer Service Associate Representatives are integral to our mission of elevating patient care.
