**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Specialized Services at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to inquiries received through phone and/or email from customers about the AYD Service and scheduling approved household waste pickups.
* Communicating concise and accurate information to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* Utilizing authorized systems to gather information, provide updates, and maintain customer records, ensuring seamless data management.
* Producing reports as requested by management, providing valuable insights into customer interactions and program effectiveness.
* Confirming understanding of customer needs, issues, and requests, demonstrating empathy and a customer-centric approach.
* Organizing, creating, and mailing participant kits prior to scheduled pickup dates, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
* Performing outbound call campaigns as needed, contributing to the program's outreach and effectiveness.
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
* Three (3) years of relevant work experience in a customer service or call center environment handling customer requests, account or order changes, and issues.
* Proficiency in MS Office, with experience using CRM systems.
* Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills, with a strong ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Strong keyboarding skills and professional phone etiquette, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Ability to handle stress and multitask effectively, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
* Energetic and tenacious achievement orientation, with a focus on solving conflicts and listening to others without interrupting.
