**What Does a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex Do?**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence. Your primary duties will include:
* Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous responses to customer inquiries and transactions
* Processing product orders and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner

**Requirements and Qualifications**

* Must reside in Wisconsin or North Carolina
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must be able to work between the hours of 7:00am – 6:30pm CST
* Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable internet and a quiet workspace without distractions
* Ability to complete I-9 on your first day in person at our Appleton, WI or Greensboro, NC office
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
