Experienced Customer Service Representative - Rewards Program Expert

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our members receive the support they need to achieve their goals. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, assisting them with questions and concerns related to our rewards program. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Managing large volumes of inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner * Following established communication scripts to ensure consistency and accuracy * Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and/or alternatives * Accessing company and client resources to accurately handle calls * Seizing opportunities to upsell products and services when applicable * Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment * Maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times * Remaining positive and professional in all customer interactions **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * Previous 1 year customer service or customer support experience required * Previous 1 year call center or office background experience required * Technical savvy, including the ability to toggle between multiple browsers and systems using dual monitors * Previous remote work from home experience preferred * Quick learner and able to work independently * Type 35 words per minute accurately * Strong phone and enthusiastic verbal communication skills, along with active listening * Must be 18 years of age * A background check applicable with state and federal laws will be required **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in multiple browsers and systems * Ability to type 35 words per minute accurately * Strong phone and enthusiastic verbal communication skills, along with active listening **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Previous experience in a rewards program or similar environment * Experience working with customers in a call center or office setting * Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices * Experience with scripting and follow-up procedures **Equipment and Environment** As a remote worker, you'll need to have a dedicated workspace that meets careerzynith's requirements. This includes: * A secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed internet connection * A dedicated work area with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection * A quiet and distraction-free workspace * Childcare for anyone 4 years of age and younger is required **Pay and Benefits** careerzynith offers a competitive compensation package, including: * Starting pay: $14/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & wkds) * Work hours: Shifts between 7:00am-7:00 pm (MST); Work Days: Mon-Fri * Paid Training: typically 1 week from 7:00am-4:00pm (MST) * Status: Full-time, Benefit-eligible (40 hrs) after 60 days **Career Growth and Learning Opportunities** careerzynith is committed to the growth and development of our employees.
