**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Providing Exceptional Customer Service**: You'll be the face of our brand, and we expect you to deliver top-notch service to every customer who walks through our doors. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
* **Cross-Selling and Upselling**: You'll have the opportunity to cross-sell and upsell items to complement our customers' purchases, as well as highlight current marketing promotions and special offers.
* **Maintaining a Clean Store**: You'll play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe store environment, including taking out trash, sweeping, and mopping.
* **Stocking Shelves and Coolers**: You'll be responsible for stocking shelves and coolers, as well as assisting with receiving deliveries to the store.
**Essential Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **A Can-Do Attitude and Customer Service-Driven Personality**: We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a positive attitude to match.
* **Prior Customer Service Experience**: We prefer candidates with 6 months to 1 year of prior customer service experience, although we'll consider candidates with less experience who demonstrate a strong potential for growth.
* **Flexibility and Availability**: You'll need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* **Results-Driven and Adaptable**: You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances with ease.
* **TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certificates**: You'll need to successfully complete the TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certificates to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* **Cash Handling Experience**: If you have prior experience handling cash, we'd love to hear from you.
