**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to retailers, answering their queries, and resolving any issues that may arise. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m., with the option to work remotely from home. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Answering inbound calls from retailers, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues that may arise
* Providing information on our products, including clothing and accessories, and assisting retailers in navigating our company website
* Inputting purchase orders into our system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
* Accepting payment over the phone and submitting requests for refunds, exchanges, and other customer service-related tasks
* Assisting buyers with questions regarding tracking shipments, order delays, or receiving incorrect or damaged merchandise
* Performing data entry tasks, including updating customer information and processing orders
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience working as a call center customer service agent, receptionist, or client intake coordinator
