**Your Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers and providing a warm and welcoming environment
* Operating the register and handling cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency
* Making purchase suggestions and offering personalized product recommendations
* Collaborating with our food program to provide customers with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
* Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless customer service
* Interacting with customers daily, building strong relationships and resolving any issues or concerns

**Physical Requirements**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be required to:
* Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per shift
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing

**Compensation and Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary range of $16.00 to $16.25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you'll also enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including medical, vision, and dental insurance, as well as a 401K plan with a competitive company match.
