**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Participating in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Phone Interviews on various topics, including Child Related, Cell Phones, Entertainment, Food, Sports, Electronics, Pets, and Automobiles
* Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time and being prepared to participate fully
* Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys provided for each panel
* MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date
* Demonstrating a willingness to learn and provide honest feedback on products and services
* Working independently and as part of a team to achieve our goals
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A smart phone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
* Access to a reliable internet connection
* A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
* The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
* No prior experience is required, but you must be able to work independently
