**Key Responsibilities**
As a Work at Home Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

**Schedule and Flexibility**
We understand that everyone's schedule is unique, and we're committed to providing flexible work arrangements that suit your needs. As a Work at Home Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you, with flexible hours available during weekdays and daytime. While the majority of work hours will be during these times, we're open to accommodating your needs and preferences.
**Earnings and Revenue**
As an independent contractor, your earnings will vary based on the client you're working with and your performance metrics. Our competitive rates typically range from $14 to $20 per hour, with additional incentives available for meeting client and performance targets. Your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and you'll have the opportunity to earn more as you grow and develop your skills.

* Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
* Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad required for program work, along with an authentication app
**Work Environment Requirements**
To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* Quiet, uninterrupted space
* Organized desk area
**Contractual Relationship**
As an independent contractor, you'll remain in a contractual relationship with arenaflex for the duration of your program assignment. You'll be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings, and arenaflex will not be responsible for providing employee benefits, including vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
**Important Information**
We're currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
