**Day in the Life of a Brand Champion**
As a Brand Champion, you'll be working diligently with customers, providing solutions, answering general customer service questions, and resolving issues related to service, billing, and product enhancements. Your goal will be to deliver one call resolution, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a timely and efficient manner. You'll be empowered to own your customer interactions, making decisions and taking actions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Brand Champion Skillset**
To be successful as a Brand Champion, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* 18 years of age or older
* High School Diploma or GED
* Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
* Excellent communication skills
* Desire to actively engage and listen to customers
* Empathy and ability to provide solutions in a fast-paced environment, focusing on one call resolution
* Ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and apply those learnings in real-time
**Work from Home Equipment Requirements**
To ensure a seamless work-from-home experience, you'll need to have:
* High-speed internet with a minimum speed of 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload
* Company-provided equipment
