**Job Description**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional product and service information, resolving technical issues, and building strong relationships with our clients. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming phone calls and emails, providing timely and accurate information to customers
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers to ensure seamless internal collaboration

* Troubleshoot common issues with customers using internal and external proprietary software

**Qualifications**
* Must reside in the United States
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to pass a background check
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and email

* Superior customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
