As an Experienced Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, or chat
* Resolve issues efficiently and effectively, using problem-solving skills and creative thinking

* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experiences
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business administration)
* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the airline or travel industry
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other industry-specific tools
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bilingual or multilingual language skills, particularly in languages spoken by arenaflex's customer base
* Experience with Sabre or other travel industry software
* Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
* Knowledge of airline operations, including ticketing, baggage handling, and flight scheduling
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, including our loyalty program and travel packages
