**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with customers through various communication channels to resolve their inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a positive experience. You'll be responsible for:
* Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner
* Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems to ensure seamless customer interactions
* Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and excellence
* Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, while maintaining a customer-focused approach
* Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
* Upselling and scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and improve customer satisfaction
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer care and focus, assessing customers' needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems to ensure seamless customer interactions
* Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and excellence
* Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, while maintaining a customer-focused approach
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
* Upsell and schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and improve customer satisfaction
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
