**What You'll Do**
As an experienced customer service representative, you'll be responsible for assisting passengers with reservations, inquiries, and various travel-related concerns. Your primary duties will include:
* Completing statistical access and balancing features
* Coordinating return objects with contributors, doors vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
* Assisting different departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated Accounting standard ledger balancing
* Working member cases/sports assigned
* Following and preserving guidelines and approaches to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
* Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, financial ruin, and payoff exams
* Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
* Logging, studying, and making important GL, account changes, and/or returns
* Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching
* Completing everyday balancing and department closing
* Obtaining information from contributors for the timely and correct processing of worldwide and home budget switch requests
* Researching and affirming incoming and outgoing budget switch facts
* Communicating with the seller to technique budget transfers
* Understanding and being acquainted with outgoing and incoming budget switch laws
* Depositing check returns, studying member again exams on draft changes, technique member exams, affirm contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and liberating budget transfers
* Completing everyday processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, overseas collections, and prison fees
**All You'll Need for Success**
To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following minimum qualifications:
* High school degree or GED
* Intermediate Excel and Word experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* Previous customer/member carrier experience
* Previous banking or Credit Union experience
* Episys/Symitar and processing wires
**Skills, Licenses & Certifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills, licenses, and certifications:
* Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) won through both work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software
* Ability to work prolonged hours in aid of business needs
* Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills
* Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and feature as an integral part of a team
* Ability to perform mathematical calculations and examine data
* Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits under high volume pressure
* Ability to cross-teach and perform any position assigned within the department
* Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and contributors
* Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
* Ability to self-inspire with robust employer skills and capability for interest to detail

* Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams
