As a Ticket/Gate Agent at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our flights and providing top-notch customer service to our passengers. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Greet and assist customers at the gate, providing information and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Manage the check-in process, including processing tickets, handling baggage, and making gate announcements
* Ensure that customers have the necessary documentation and information to complete their travel plans
* Operate loading bridges, open and close aircraft doors, and escort unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers through the airport
* Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless operations and provide exceptional customer service
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

**What You Need to Succeed:**
* Consistently prioritize safety and protection of self, others, and personal data

* Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
* Proficiency in English
