**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling incoming support inquiries via email and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to user questions and concerns
* Troubleshooting issues related to our web app, Chrome extension, and desktop app, including Interview Copilot
* Escalating bugs or edge cases to the dev team to ensure timely resolution and improvement
* Contributing to the development of help docs, internal guides, and support processes to enhance the overall user experience
* Collaborating with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to support processes and tools
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
