As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that is passionate about delivering outstanding service and exceeding customer expectations. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. * Handling various tasks, such as checking in clients, processing payments, and managing luggage and cargo. * Working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. * Maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor, even in stressful situations. * Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery. * Staying up-to-date with airline policies, procedures, and regulations to provide accurate information to clients. * Handling cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets. * Calculating charges, making change, and balancing daily transactions. * Managing overage or deficiency, and resolving any discrepancies. * Reviewing luggage and cargo, answering phone calls to provide information to guests, paging clients, resolving issues or grievances, and assisting as needed. * Handling exchanges to load the aircraft in an efficient and effective manner. * Managing misused clients due to oversells, delayed or canceled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage. * Resolving such issues quickly and within the rules laid out by the organization. * Providing current and accurate fare, schedule, reservation, flight departure/arrival information, and answering general questions from clients and other guests at the airport. * Completing forms and reports as required by the organization. * Writing anomaly and complaint reports as needed. * Performing other work duties as directed by supervisors. **Essential Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: * A Bachelor's degree in any field. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, colleagues, and management in a professional and friendly manner. * Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the needs of the job. * Ability to understand records, follow procedures, learn and comprehend tagging strategies, rules, and regulations. * Ability to work in a team environment, meet the public, and work under stressful circumstances. * Ability to agreeably complete the Customer Service Representative training program with an 80% or higher average and assessment period. * Knowledge of hazardous situations and ability to handle crises as needed. * Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve quick turnaround of aircraft. * Ability to give a well-groomed appearance in understanding the Ground Tasks Worker Handbook and Work Schedule. * Ability to perform all job duties within a confined space. * Ability to communicate verbally by phone, in person, and on public address systems effectively. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Ability to convey information and directions verbally or through radio equipment. **Preferred Qualifications:** While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. * Knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and regulations. * Familiarity with computerized retail location systems. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. * Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. **Benefits and Perks:** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including: * Competitive pay rate of $21/hour. * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. * Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development. * Comprehensive training program to ensure your success in the role. * Access to a range of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. * Opportunities to participate in employee recognition programs and community involvement initiatives. **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
