Job Summary

careerzynith is now hiring Customer Service Representatives (Remote) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries regarding flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and refunds via phone, email, and chat.

Document all interactions and actions taken in our customer service platform.

Stay up-to-date with careerzynith policies, promotions, and travel procedures to provide accurate and timely information.

Deliver a personalized and positive experience for each customer you assist.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; higher education or related certifications are a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
