As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of customer experience. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving concerns, and providing exceptional service that exceeds our clients' expectations.
