**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving concerns, and providing exceptional service that exceeds our clients' expectations. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound customer calls with empathy and professionalism, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
* Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information to resolve their issues.
* Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed and their needs are met.
* Meet or exceed booking conversion, quality, and productivity goals for inbound calls.
* Work accurately with close attention to detail, ensuring that all customer interactions are documented and resolved efficiently.
**Requirements**
* Types 35 WPM or higher
* High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalent
* 2-3 years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, fast food, or hospitality environment (previous experience is not required, but a plus)
* Exceptional phone and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and resolve their concerns
* Computer and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to type, talk, and listen while moving between multiple computer screens
* High-quality internet bandwidth with the capability to plug into a modem
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bilingual Spanish language skills (pay rate: $15.50/hour)
* Previous experience in a call center environment (a plus)
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
