**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our clients' customers. This is a remote opportunity, with the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. However, you will be required to attend three days of on-site training at our Long Island City, NY location and may be asked to participate in occasional meetings in the office.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products and services
* Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and update records as necessary

**Essential Qualifications**
