Your primary duties will include: * Extensive CALL CENTER support services for customers, ensuring rapid, efficient, and accurate customer service in a professional manner * Providing overall clerical support functions for the processing activities, including data entry and case processing tasks assigned by higher-level staff * Utilizing authorized computer systems to gather and confirm information prompted by incoming calls * Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and accurate exchange of information to callers * Working collaboratively with the team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and service delivery **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to inbound participant phone calls and provide appropriate customer service support in accordance with defined guidelines * Utilize authorized computer systems to gather and confirm information prompted by incoming calls * Provide rapid, efficient, and accurate customer service in a professional manner for extended periods of time * Enter data into the system of record with high accuracy and attention to detail * Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and concerns * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * Education: A GED or high school diploma is required * General Experience: At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience working in an office setting, answering telephones, retail, or in a similar setting * Demonstrated keyboard board skills and verbal and written proficiency in English language to facilitate clear and accurate exchange of information to callers * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a call center environment, with a focus on customer service and support * Familiarity with computer systems and software applications, including data entry and case processing tasks * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) * Bilingual or multilingual skills (e.g., English/Spanish) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Familiarity with computer systems and software applications * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to the development of our employees.
