**Key Responsibilities**

**Essential Qualifications**

* Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, complete background check, and/or fingerprinting to meet company and security requirements

**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Working knowledge of Sabre or another Passenger Service System
* Previous customer service experience, particularly in a fast-paced environment
