**Key Responsibilities**

**Qualifications and Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **1+ years' experience** in a Customer Service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* **Residency** in one of the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI.
* **Reliable high-speed internet** with the ability to be hard-wired.
* **High School Diploma** or equivalent.
**Salary and Benefits**
