Your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external partners, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Maintaining a high level of product and system knowledge to support participants using the automated phone system and employee website * Fielding daily calls from HRS participants with questions regarding HRS products, including health and benefits plans * Logging and documenting participant conversations/issues to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up * Providing real-time technical support to participants, including updating enrollments, policies, and rates **What We Require (Qualifications)** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Previous open enrollment experience, preferably in a healthcare-related service * Proficiency in computer software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Sungard, and ORS * Knowledge of renewing health and benefits plans, including policy updates and rate changes * Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)** If you have experience in a similar role in a healthcare-related service, you'll have a competitive edge in this position.
